We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Life Insurance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Life Insurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding our insurance sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance agents, while also fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
**Team Leadership and Management**:
Recruit, onboard, and train a team of life insurance agents.
Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to help team members excel.
Monitor individual and team performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Identify target markets and customer segments for life insurance products.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to adapt strategies accordingly.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally.
**Compliance and Regulations**:
Ensure that the team adheres to all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations and communicate updates to the team.
**Sales Performance Analysis**:
Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the team's performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on team achievements, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
**Training and Development**:
Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members.
Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing,
- Proven experience in life insurance sales and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹13,388.73 - ₹30,000.00 per month
