**Job Description**:

- Overall technically and economically responsible for complete product (SW + HW + Mechanics)
- Planning and tracking of project and associated project management activities
- Responsible for achieving the project objectives and goals like quality, on time delivery etc.
- Maintain customer interaction and work on customer satisfaction improvement
- Requirement, Validation, Quality and Release management
- Risk management and Problem Resolution Management
- Handling and driving Project Review Committee evaluation
- Coordination of HW- and SW deliveries for sample
- and series ECU's for production, launch management
- Adherence to company and BU guidelines, policies and legal terms
- Series maintenance
- Associate development

**Qualifications**:

- Btech/Mtech in electronics or related streams.
- 10-12Years of engineering experience (Automotive domain preferred)
- Profound project management expertise (including processes, methods and tools),
- Having very good leadership skills
- Ability to take decisions based on profound technical knowledge of the product to be developed and launched
- Recommended skill set for the international project management:

- Willingness to lead an international team
- Appropriate cultural experience to handle global team/customers
- Positive attitude, sensitivity & ability to build bridges between different cultures
- Ability to appreciate others perspective
- Patience to listen & understand others opinion
- Accept different working styles/models
- Networking skills (with involved cultures/locations)
- Language skills (to fit to the team needs)

- Willingness to travel
- Relevant EV/ICE powertrain experience will be an added advantage
