As a CRM Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customer relationship management efforts and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Input and update customer information in the CRM database with a high level of accuracy. Regularly audit data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- **User Support**: Provide assistance and training to CRM users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting common issues.
- **Report Generation**: Assist in generating reports and dashboards to analyze customer data, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the CRM team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the CRM system.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, procedures, and user guides.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of CRM activities with overall business objectives.
- **Project Support**: Support the CRM Manager in executing various CRM-related projects, such as system upgrades, data migrations, and integration with other systems.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with any other CRM-related tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Prior internship experience in CRM, sales, or marketing is desirable but not required.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
