**Job Type**: Full-time (12-hour shifts)

We pride ourselves on offering unparalleled hospitality and a serene escape for our guests. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Receptionist to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception and Check-in/Check-out**:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Verify guest information, process payments, and manage room allocations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about the resort’s amenities, and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback with a positive attitude.
- **Telephone and Online Inquiries**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and resort facilities.
- Handle reservation requests and cancellations.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using the resort’s booking system.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Concierge Services**:
- Assist guests with booking tours, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and dining options.
- Provide information on the Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary and other nearby points of interest.
- **Other Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management to support resort operations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with reservation management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
