Helpdesk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer or internal user inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the help desk system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users on resolving common issues.
**Requirements**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Shift:
- Night shift
