**Job Summary**: The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also help define the project's objectives, participate in quality control, and ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**:

- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with project stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- **Project Execution**:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or risks.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Resource Management**:

- Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with project requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager as necessary.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver project presentations as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
- **Support Project Closure**:

- Assist in the finalization and closure of projects, including post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
- Ensure that all project documentation is archived appropriately.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in B Tech, project management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- PMP or CAPM certification is desirable.

- This position typically works in an office environment but may require occasional travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹11,559.10 - ₹50,590.97 per month
