The Salesforce Administrator II will report to the Manager, Salesforce Administration.

**You will also**:

- Oversee all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, customization, and data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions that address current and future needs.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements.
- Manage data quality, integrity, and security within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication activities.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce environment, leveraging new features and functionalities to enhance business processes and user experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of related experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Proficiency in Flows.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options
- Excellent understanding of: Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Conga Sign
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively with attention to detail

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification
