Eastman Cast & Forge Ltd is a leading player in Hand tools & Power Tools Manufacturing, looking for a talented Sales Executive (ASM) to join our Sales Team.
**Role Overview**:
The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) will assist in driving the sales department's performance and achieving revenue targets. This role involves managing customer relationships, supporting the sales team, daily operations, and helping implement sales strategies. The ASM will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes, as well as work to increase product sales and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support and Execution**:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and achieve sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Help to manage the sales pipeline, including identifying new opportunities and nurturing leads.
- Engage with key clients, providing customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Manager in the development of sales forecasts and reports.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Act as a point of contact for team members, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Monitor daily team activities, ensuring that sales processes are being followed effectively.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**:
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and performance metrics.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the Sales Manager and marketing team regarding customer preferences and market conditions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
