Job Title: Administrative Executive (Female)
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for a positive working environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and replenish as needed.
Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between different departments within the organization.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and records.
- Organize and file paperwork to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications.
Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for executives.
- Manage executives' calendars, ensuring efficient use of their time.
Travel Arrangements:
- Make travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare itineraries and ensure travel plans align with the organization's policies.
Administrative Support:
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support for HR-related activities, such as onboarding and employee documentation.
Visitor Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Data Entry and Analysis:
- Input and manage data accurately using office software.
- Assist in the analysis of data for reporting purposes.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
Handle additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.
Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team success.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
