**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Secondary Research (Profile 1)**
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven Market Research experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases and MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen.
- Familiarity with CRM programs.
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- **Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.**

**Primary Research
- CATI (Profile 2)**

Identifying sources of information and conducting research for the various products/ sectors

being studied. Ability to understand the objectives/ requirements of a market research

project and act accordingly.
- Must have Excellent Communications Skills (Written and Verbal), Soft Skills and Neutral accent.
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills, writing and editing skills.
- A willingness to try new things, not be afraid of failure and bring creative and entrepreneurial energy to the job.
- Must have Positive Attitude and Problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to work on Excel for accurate data entry and concise reports.
- **Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.**

**Desired Profile**:

- **Should be willing to work in rotational Shift.**
- **6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO.**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
