Job Title: Corporate Relationship Associate Female

Company: MICE Company (Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conferences, Exhibitions)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for MICE services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide them with information on our company's MICE offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and participate in trade shows and events.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless delivery of MICE services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company.
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MICE sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Dynamic, bold, open-minded, independent, and able to take self-decisions.
- Presentable personality.
- Ability to handle Corporate Meetings and Conferences.
- Knowledge of Meetings, Conferences, 5* Hotels, Events, Locations, Countries, etc.
- Travel Tourism (IITTM, TTM, HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT) Students can also apply.
- Must have a good command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and pain points.
- Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Gurgaon - 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
