Ticket Coordinator

Ticketing Coordinator at Interlink Travels will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. The TC will be responsible for handling all aspects of ticket booking and reservations, from understanding customer requirements to confirming bookings with airlines, hotels and other transport providers. Duties will include itinerary planning, customer service, documentation processing, payment handling, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end travel booking including ticketing, hotel reservation and any other reservations required for travel.
- Create detailed travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with changes or cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with all travel-related documentation and regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, and manage invoices and refunds as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Support the sales team by providing product information and pricing details.
- Generate reports on travel activities and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all ticketing operations.
Pay: ₹14,399.47 - ₹33,395.48 per month
