Front Office Receptionist

**4. Principal Responsibilities**:
- **Communication**
- Greeting Director, Management Executive, C-Suite, Guest, Visitors etc at the reception
on their arrival.
- Receiving and answering calls. Transfer calls, if required.
- Co-ordinate with menial staff for water/tea/coffee/snacks etc at the reception.
- Convey messages to specific departments/employee etc. if required.
- Check visitor list daily over HRMS and prepare accordingly.
- Ensure Visitor module is used by Security.
- Guide guest/visitors to appropriate departments/personnel.
- Allow entry to guest/visitors in office areas.
- **Co-ordination**
- Co-ordinate with Company drivers, if needed.
- Co-ordinate with EA to Director, if required.
- **Drafting and Documentation**
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and critical information at all the times.
- Filing important documents/communication.
- **Housekeeping**
- Ensure sanitation of washrooms, pantry on the ground floor on daily basis.
- Ensure cleanliness at the reception.
- Ensure the reading material at the reception is arranged in pleasing manner.
- **Miscellaneous**
- Any other activity as per the directions of Directors/Management Executive (ME)/Asst. Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months
**Salary**: ₹8,765.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
