**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prioritise hotels that meet the criteria for joining our program
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to onboard hotels, including conducting research, prospecting, cold calling, and networking with hotel owners and managers
- Conduct on-site visits and presentations to potential hotel partners to showcase the benefits of our program and negotiate favorable terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and serve as a primary point of contact for their ongoing needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of hotel partners
- Track and analyse sales metrics to assess the success of the program and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform ongoing sales strategies and tactics

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or vendor management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful relationships with partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with hotel owners and managers
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel industry trends, technology, and distribution channels is a plus
