**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory (Chennai and surrounding areas).
- Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market needs and customer preferences.
- **Product Promotion and Presentation**:

- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Organize and conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients.
- **Sales Reporting & Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit to management.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure long-term client retention.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation in any discipline; a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in a similar industry).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in **Hindi** and **English** is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Tamil) is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with a self-motivated attitude.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
