**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and meeting sales objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within the IT industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interface effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
