**Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**: Develop and teach courses in directing, covering various aspects such as script analysis, visual storytelling, blocking, and working with actors.
- **Mentorship**: Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to students, offering feedback on their projects and helping them develop their unique directorial voice.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the directing curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.
- **Production Oversight**: Oversee student-directed projects, providing support and guidance throughout the production process from concept development to post-production.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with faculty members from other disciplines to facilitate interdisciplinary projects and encourage creative collaboration among students.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in directing and filmmaking, and incorporate relevant insights into curriculum and instruction.
- **Student Engagement**: Engage actively with students outside of the classroom, participating in extracurricular activities, student organizations, and events to support their holistic development.
- **Committee Involvement**: Participate in departmental and institutional committees, contributing to decision-making processes and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall educational experience.

Salary should be 25,000 to 40,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
