**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for important documents and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and company operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in the building industry or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
