**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create unique and delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Maintain high standards for quality, taste, and presentation of desserts
- Ensure that all baked goods are prepared in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Manage and train pastry team, including assigning tasks and overseeing production
- Create daily and weekly dessert menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items
- Stay current with new baking and pastry techniques, trends, and tools

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with a minimum of 3 years in a pastry kitchen
- Excellent baking and pastry skills, including plating and presentation techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating delicious and beautiful desserts.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
