**Job Overview**:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory or customer base. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and working closely with the outside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. The representative must have strong product knowledge and be capable of understanding customer needs to offer the best solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Act as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s building materials product range. Stay up-to-date with new products and market trends to effectively answer customer queries.
- **Sales Generation**:
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Proactively upsell and cross-sell building materials to maximize revenue opportunities.
- **Order Processing**:
Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle any adjustments or returns in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all orders meet customer requirements and are followed through to delivery.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the outside sales team, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Support sales efforts by providing detailed and accurate information to team members.
- **Reporting and Tracking**:
Maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and report on sales activities and results regularly. Use CRM tools to manage customer data and follow up on leads.
- **Customer Service**:
Resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience from the initial contact through post-sale.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or a related industry. Familiarity with construction and renovation products is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Knowledge of building materials, including lumber, concrete, roofing, plumbing, or electrical supplies, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Willingness to adapt to changing customer demands and market conditions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
