**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Jewelry Retail Store

Ashth is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive for our jewelry retail store. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products from Ashth’s exclusive collections.
- Provide detailed product knowledge about lab-grown diamonds, including their benefits, design, and craftsmanship.
- Maintain and develop a database of loyal customers by building relationships and providing personalized service.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
- Assist in merchandising, maintaining the visual appeal of the store, and ensuring product displays are up to brand standards.
- Handle inquiries and sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Keep up-to-date with current jewelry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales techniques.
- Process returns, exchanges, and repairs while ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
- Participate in in-store promotions, events, and client outreach activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge about CRM softwares.
- A passion for jewelry and a genuine interest in lab-grown diamonds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, especially in the luxury or jewelry industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
