**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with policies
Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks that support both business and personal needs
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative or personal assistant.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Professional demeanour and proactive attitude.
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and responsibilities.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
