Franchise Sales Executive

Develop franchise and expand the business.
- Identify the potential investors through various sources.
- Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and
conditions of the franchise agreement for the outlet.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end) which includes
identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to
the sales processes.
- Finalize the project for each franchise and guiding/explaining ROI to them,
helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the business unit.
- Assist the franchise, from the initial planning and set-up stage, till the
launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational and fully
functioning.
Must be willing to travel.
- Supervision and management of franchise stores and managers.
- Interpretation of data, analytics, and report generation.
- Train new franchisees and assist them in their business.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations and visit the store as per need for
overseeing the franchise standards.
- Call incoming leads to arrange meetings.

- Good presentation skills
- Communication skills
- Must have leadership skills
Qualification
- Any bachelor degree
- Experience of minimum 2-3 years in the relevant field
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
