Franchise Trainer

Conduct initial training sessions for new franchisees, covering operational procedures, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Provide continuous training and support to franchisees, including workshops, webinars, and on-site visits.
Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources tailored to the needs of franchise partners.
Evaluate franchisee performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance operational effectiveness.
Develop and maintain an online training portal with resources, best practices, and updates on company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance training materials and strategies.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align training efforts with overall business objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
