Project Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
ePS is hiring a Project Coordinator, Professional Services to join us remotely and support our customers and onshore Project Managers during the rollout and implementation stages. We seek someone with strong experience in packaged software implementations, good project coordination experience, and knowledge of organizing and implementing a project plan from discovery to go live.
**Position Description**:
In this role, you will coordinate the implementation of eProductivity Software solutions enabling our customers to achieve their business objectives and operational results. This will include but not be limited to project coordination and delivery, stakeholder and customer relationship management, policy and procedures, product customizations and scope management, team coordination, financial management, and identifying ePS PMO process improvements.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the development of project plans, including procuring the estimation of resource requirements (skills, software, hardware, etc.) and timeframes, scheduling, budgeting, dependency identification and management, and change management planning.
- Review and implement the project delivery according to the approved project plans, objectives, budgets and document progress.
- Provide stakeholder influence through active involvement and regular communication with key stakeholders.
- Report on project status to key stakeholders, including progress against milestones, issue, and risk management details, and budget versus actual costs.
- Keep track of project issues and risks - including issue and risk identification, logging, assessment and treatment strategies
- Document and inform stakeholders of project scope change through defined project change management processes.
- Alignment of projects to strategic and operational plans of the Customer
- Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to identify and implement process improvement for future projects.
- Completion and filing of project documentation.
- Consultative Relationship Building
- Active promotion and realization of the benefits and value associated with project and professional services delivery.
- Obtaining signoff on completion of deliverables.
- Managing the invoicing process, including proactively building client understanding of invoiced charges.
- Support onshore Project Management with Salesforce reporting and management.
- Resource scheduling on client projects based on Project Plans and Customer needs.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 2+ years, including a combination of relevant industry experience and project coordination experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the Salesforce engagement system is desirable.
