Role - Office Assistant Female
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take care of all day-to-day activities in the office. Coordinating between office employees and the Managing Director of the company. Maintain employee database, and attendance management, and maintained stationery stock.
Coordinated various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. Communicating with both clients and team members Operating Social Media platforms.
Create posts on Instagram, Facebook & another social site regarding our product. Handling petty cash.
Day-to-day admin work and overseeing proper stock of office supplies. Essential Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Familiarity with human resources.
Experience 1 to 5 years
