**Work profile for Office Coordinator**:
1. Daily entries in Tally including sale, purchase, journal entries, reconciliation of bank

2. Attending incoming calls on office landline and mobile

3. Complete knowledge of GeM including creation of invoice, creating of catalogue, participation in bids,

4. Daily follow up on status of participated bids on GeM

5. Maintaining petty cash

6. Attending to calls on office mobile as well as on landline

7. Preparing quotations, digitally, for customers

8. Coordination between manufacturers/suppliers and clients

9. Maintaining stock in tally

10. Sending GSTR data

11. Printing of labels on printer

12. Sending circular letters to various units of armed forces

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
