OFFICE COORDINATOR

Job description

Experience: 4 -8 years

Location: Naraina Vihar, West Delhi.

We are currently looking for an experienced, full-time office coordinator to join our team.

You should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute mail as require.

and team spirit shall be considered best fit for this role.

Roles/ Responsibilities
- Managing office coordination work with intelligent and efficient actions.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and Internet for business communication and manage data.
- Taking responsibilities and fulfil them efficiently and promptly.
- Handling the Office Database and administration.
- Handling day to day administration work.
- Documentation, filing and paper work.
- Prepares correspondence, invoices, reports, presentations, prepares minutes, and maintains

appropriate files.
- Coordinate with inter departments in regards to reporting of the employees to the management.
- Dealing with all departments and teams.
- Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.

Key Competencies:

- 4 - 8 years in Office Coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, agile working environment.

Should be Confident & Dynamic.
- Team Player

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
