We are looking for a telesales executive who has worked in the **real estat**e field with a developer or channel partner. Should have sound knowledge of **Real estate** and be fluent in Hindi and English.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- To make daily sales calls to prospective clients.
- Explain to clients about projects and services and schedule an appointment with our Sales Team. Ability to understand the requirements of prospects.
- Calling New & Existing clients.
- Capable of handling outbound calls and explaining the projects.
- Follow-up on the generated leads.
- Maintaining a good relationship with customers.
- Should be good in English communication skills
- Creating Daily & weekly reports and present to the Team Lead
- Good communication/ convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and patience while co-coordinating with prospective clients.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
