Basic MS Word & Excel knowledge
Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a multi-cultural, international environment.

Job Summary:
Employee expense Claim Booking
Ensure proper coding of expenses and invoices prior to entry into the accounting system.
Ensure reimbursements are made timely manner.
Interface with other departments to ensure quick turn-around time for required documents or approvals.
Effectively interact with and respond to employee inquiries.
Provide supporting documentation for the internal and external audit.

In addition to the travel related activities, you will support the AP Department with day-to-day functions, such as: processing invoices, reconciliation of vendor statements, responding to vendor inquiries, and other duties or projects as requested, directed, or assigned
Experience in Oracle will be added advantage.
Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
Able to work as a team player.
Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc.
Flexible for late sitting in month end
