**Position Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with sales managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Create training materials, presentations, and modules that align with the organization's sales objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and optimize sales processes based on market trends and customer feedback
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through constructive feedback.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate individual and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement targeted training initiatives to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills
- Provide training on sales methodologies, objection handling, and effective communication.

**Skills Set**:

- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and BPO operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the BPO industry

**Location**: Goregaon, Mumbai

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree

**Timings**: 9am - 6pm Monday - Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Provident Fund

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
