Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather and understand client requirements and feedback to improve product offerings.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding market needs.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Technical background or knowledge of hardware and software is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of hardware and software products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
