Telesales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Educate prospects about our digital marketing services and solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture them through the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry is a plus. Freshers may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
