Role and Responsibilities
- Be the first and last point of contact for your building
- Cover the front desk during business hours
- Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community
- Support marketing activities (including social media and event planning and execution)
- Support partnership activities including outreach and networking
- Assist in create/update collateral, materials, and tour packets for prospective clients
- Research industry trends and local landscape of market and partners
- Support developing/updating marketing processes and tools
- Customer Service: welcome visitors and potential clients, provide tours of the space
- Daily light administrative duties
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs;
- Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure the highest level of member experience
- Mail and Package responsibilities as needed
- Take direction from the Community Manager to support the Community Team as necessary
- Identify issues for escalation to the Community Manager and document accordingly.

Experience and Requirements
- College students or fresh graduates can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities
- Passion and understanding for InnerSpace’s mission and values
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- College event organizing experience a plus

Location: Kochi

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
