**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers.
- Uphold company values and standards while representing the brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction goals.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
