Customer Service Executive

We are looking for an expert customer service executive to join our organization. The customer service executive must be able to manage a team of customer support professionals.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues
- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed
- Tracking the work of every customer service representative in the team
**Requirements**:
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership skills to guide and improve a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Graduate & undergraduate both can apply
- Age limit 18 to 27 years male & female both can apply
- Knowledge about the best mediation and conflict resolution tactics.
- Ability to empathize with customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
