**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Acquisition Executive, you will play a dual role in expanding our customer base and gathering valuable data to inform strategic decisions. This position involves a combination of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and proficiency in collecting and analyzing customer related data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collect and analyze data related to customer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics.
- Present products or services, addressing customer needs, and collecting relevant data during interactions.
- Systematically collect and document customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Implement methods to gather insights into customer preferences, purchasing behavior,and satisfaction levels.
- Use collected data to tailor offerings and enhance the conversion process.
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies using various channels, such as digital marketing, cold calling, and networking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize data-driven insights to personalize interactions and improve customer engagement.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Regularly update and cleanse data to enhance its accuracy and usefulness.
- Utilize data analysis tools to derive meaningful insights and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on customer acquisition performance and provide actionable recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, and data collection.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CMS, lead management tools, and data visualization tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Exp Required: 0-1 years**

**Salary: INR.10,000 - 12,500 per month**

**Work Location: WFO - Cochin, Kerala**

**Schedule: Day shift; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
