**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Social Media)**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including posts, stories, and multimedia assets.
- Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and empathetically.

**2. Customer Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on social media platforms, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and personalized manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing helpful and informative responses, resolving issues effectively, and expressing appreciation for their support.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution, ensuring that customers receive timely and satisfactory resolutions.

**3. Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and expectations regarding social media management.
- Provide regular updates on social media activities, campaign performance, and key metrics to clients, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored social media strategies and campaigns that align with their objectives and deliver measurable results.

**4. Work Management**:

- Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.
- Implement workflows and processes to streamline communication, collaboration, and task management, optimizing productivity and quality of work.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing performance insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and enhance the overall customer experience on social media platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and diplomatically with customers and clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
