**Job Description: GM Operations**

**Location**: Mackenzie Ln, opposite Golabari Police Station, Babudanga, Howrah, West Bengal 711101

**Experience**: 8 to 10 years

**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain service standards.
- Monitor and improve hospital processes for better efficiency and cost control.
- Work with department heads to meet operational goals and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and hospital performance.
- Address any concerns raised by patients, families, or staff in a professional manner.
- Create a positive working environment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in hospital operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
