**Job Summary**:
As a Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction by efficiently handling incoming leads for stays and apartment/ villa bookings. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the leads funnel through effective communication, utilizing the CRM software, and converting potential guests into confirmed bookings. Additionally, you will be responsible for informing guests about on-demand services, experiences, and activities offered by Stay ALYF, actively promoting these services, and contributing to their sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management**
- Enter lead information accurately into the CRM software, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
- Prioritize and organize leads based on potential revenue, guest preferences, and other relevant factors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential guests regarding room availability, rates, and property amenities.
- Provide detailed information about the property's services, policies, and special offers to assist guests in making informed decisions.
- Promote on-demand services, experiences, and activities to guests during the reservation process.
- Guide guests through the booking process, offering assistance with room selection, reservation modifications, and special requests.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, including check-in and check-out dates, room preferences, and guest information.
- Actively promote and upsell on-demand services and experiences to enhance the guest stay.
- Employ effective sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve revenue targets.
- Actively promote and sell on-demand services, experiences, and activities to guests.
- Monitor and analyze trends in booking patterns to optimize conversion strategies.
- Maintain the leads funnel on the CRM software, updating lead statuses, notes, and relevant information regularly.
- Utilize CRM data to generate reports and insights on lead conversion rates, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the CRM system is functioning optimally.
- Inform guests about on-demand services, experiences, and activities offered by Stay ALYF.
- Actively promote and sell these services during the reservation process.
- Provide information about current promotions, packages, and bundled offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Gather feedback from guests during and after their stay regarding on-demand services and activities.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues related to promoted services promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduation in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Work experience of minimum 2 years in similar role
**Job Location** - Vikhroli West
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
