**Customer Service**
Ensure an exceptional service level is provided to customers, with orders being received, processed, and executed accurately and promptly. Adhere fully to Envalior's proxy and policies during order processing. Implement practices and procedures that align with customer needs while being consistent with corporate requirements. Consolidate short-term forecasts and orders from customers and distributors, and submit them to the Demand Chain planner. Coordinate with the Finance Department and customers regarding overdue payments before planning dispatches. Log complaints in the CRM, send confirmation and 8D reports to the customer. Monitor complaints in the system and maintain clear communication with the customer. Manage Finished Goods inventory levels at warehouses, plan stock transfer movements from the plant to external warehouses, track forecasts received from customers/account managers, and follow up for orders based on the forecast. Ensure all documentation for exports is complete and coordinate with Customs House Agents and forwarders for bookings. Handle Letter of Credit documentation, drive the Customer Service Level implementation with customers, persuade customers to adhere to schedules to minimize order date changes, and support the Accounts Receivable team with reconciliation and customer payment advice.
**CSR Role in SAP**
- Responsible for setting customer sales prices.
- Responsible for processing sales orders,Debit /Credit notes/Return orders including checks on availability, allocation and credit limit.
- Responsible for creating stock transfer Purchase orders
- Responsible for the timely preparation of order confirmations and dispatch details to customers.
- Responsible for monitoring order status (e.g. interrupted or incomplete orders and back orders).
- Initiate workflow for Customer Master creation/extension/changes in PANDA tool/Share point
- SAP material code (Finish Goods) extension to External warehouse
**Requirements**:

- Specific Education: Commerce graduate + Post graduation in Business Management with Sales/Mktg, International Trade.
- Work Experience: 2+
- Special Skills : Good knowledge of ERP systems - SAP - SD module
