**Responsibilities**:
1.Provide administrative support to the office, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining files, and organizing documents.

2. Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, enter data accurately, and generate reports as required.

3. Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance images for marketing materials, presentations, and other projects.

4. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.

5. Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

6. Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.

7. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

8. Conduct research and gather information for various projects as assigned.

9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and provide support as needed.

10. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and generating reports.

3. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and the ability to edit and enhance images.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

8. Proficiency in using office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers.

9. Knowledge of general office procedures and basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.

10. A positive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
