**Job Description:

As a Customer Service Follow-Up Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction

by conducting post-service interactions. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to customers after

a service or purchase, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and providing assistance to enhance the

overall customer experience. Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to customer feedback

are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Post-Service Outreach:

- Initiate contact with customers after a service interaction to ensure satisfaction and

address any concerns.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve problems and provide solutions.

3. Customer Feedback Collection:

4. Customer Education:

- Provide additional information or resources to customers to enhance their

understanding of products or services.
- Offer guidance on product usage, features, or troubleshooting.

5. Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities:

- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products or services based

on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with sales or marketing teams to promote relevant offerings.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Generate regular reports summarizing customer feedback trends and common issues.

7. Customer Retention:

- Implement strategies to retain customers and build long-term relationships.
- Proactively address customer concerns to prevent dissatisfaction.

8. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to customer service standards and quality benchmarks.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement based on customer

feedback.

9. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with customer service teams to share customer insights and contribute to

overall service improvement.
- Provide input on training needs based on customer feedback.

10. Timely Response:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns during the follow-up process.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a

plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

Ability to Commute:
