**Key Responsibilities**:

- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of BMW bikes and accessories to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating delivery schedules, ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by staying connected, providing personalized assistance, and offering exclusive benefits and promotions.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with BMW bikes and services, and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and enhancements.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, preferences, and purchase history for future reference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
