We are looking for _**Admin Executive**_ who have good Knowledge of Admin and HR tasks for **Motinagar location, New Delhi**
- **working Days -6 **_
- **Timings 9:30 to 6:30 **_
Job Responsibility:
- Handling all incoming calls and redirecting them to the concerned team.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Proven experience as front desk representative
**Facility Management**
- 1. Ensure Basic Facilities like Electricity and Water Supply are Well Maintained.
- 2.Supervise Pantry staff to ensure hygienic and Uninterrupted service of dispensers
- 3. Supervise the staff to ensure office cleanliness, maintenance and security..
- 4. Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- 5. Conduct regular inspection and ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
**Vendor management**
1. Handling & Maintaining the Vendor agreements expired and Renewal
2.Onboarding New Vendor
3. Coordinate with existing vendor to manage purchase.
4. Bill voucher collection for vendor
**Travel management**
1. Manage Travel Hotel Booking, Air ticket Booking, Train ticket Booking etc.
2. Coordinate with Department for Guest House Booking of employees & New joined employees
**Inventory Management.**
1. Pantry, Housekeeping, Stationery and Printing requirements.
AMC of Various Services (AC, EBPX) Petty Cash Management & Maintain MIS Submitted all bill Account Department.
Housekeeping Management Courier management
Ensure timely payments to all service providers
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Employee engagement activities such as celebrations and Events
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
