**Responsibilities**:
1. Managing the RDS directly to determine the targets for each RDS.

2. Responsible for achieving the Primary and secondary targets assigned and also seeing that availability of AVT Brands and its SKU’s is in maximum.

3. Daily interaction with sales rep, collection of primary orders from RDS, payment follow up, submitting the DSR in time.

4. To identify new outlets and HTS and increase the customer base.

5. To check the stocks at RDS level and keep stocks as per norm and do follow up for payment.

6. Involved in the development of route plans and visit the market on a daily frequency to do face to face selling to improve the visibility of the products.

7. To work with the RDS/ Salesman and train them on the job for the range selling and visibility.

8. To report on the competitors activities in the market
