- Achieving targeted sales for B2B business in all Electrical Products like LV & MV Switchgears, Wires & Cables and Industrial lighting, Etc.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Monitor Government Business market trends as well as competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in collaboration with marketing & backend team.
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends, customer needs, and competitors activities.
- Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts on a regular basis.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and ensure timely payment collection.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns of our organization for various Government departments & infrastructure customers.
- Will be responsible for generating sales enquiry from government & infrastructure business.
- Should possess sound knowledge about business Government and important soft skills like -effective communication & articulation, sales attitude & Growth mindset, etc.
- Payment collection & payment follow up with customer.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals that align with government priorities.
- Regularly monitor government portals and offline sources for tender opportunities relevant to the company's expertise.
- Search for upcoming enquiries in infrastructure sector, meeting with builders, consultants, architects.

**Educational qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/BE/BTech - Electrical, MBA in Marketing and Sales will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the field of Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and should be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and software.
- Knowledge of the Govt. Business market trends.
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work well in a team as well as Independently.
