**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales and Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Expertise**: Build comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, focusing on key projects and prominent developers.
- **Client Outreach**: Reach out to potential clients via phone, inviting them to our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
- **Expo Support**: Assist clients at expos by connecting them with developers and showcasing prime investment opportunities.
- **Project Presentations**: Present detailed information on Dubai real estate projects, helping clients make informed investment decisions.
- **Sales Execution**: Turn qualified leads into successful property transactions, managing the sales process from inquiry to closure.
- **Client Follow-up**: Maintain post-expo communication, addressing client inquiries and uncovering further investment prospects.
- **Lead Management**: Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of client interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and lead management.
**Qualifications**:
- Open to graduates and postgraduates.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement and teamwork.
- Confidence in delivering real estate presentations in person and over the phone.
- Professional grooming and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide clients effectively through the decision-making process.
