About the Job
We are looking for high-performing **Business Development Associates **to help us meet our customer acquisition & revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive & innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential by being a part of the sales planning team and accountable for the execution of the same at the Pan Odisha level.
Roles & responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other means
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the products and services of Konark Infracore
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Experience & Skills
- Diploma/Degree holder, Having Good Sales experience in Heavy Equipment & Mining Industry
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English with knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques with sales acumen
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
