Sales Support Executive

**This is not a direct sales role, there is no prospecting, cold calling, lead generation required. This is only a sales support for the US based sales team.**

**Preferred Experience**: 2-7 years

**Shift Timings**: Typically, 5 days, 45+ hours work week. PST day shift (8:30 PM -6:00 AM IST).

**Currently WFH/Hybrid role, **but presence in Chandigarh Tricity area is required since it requires often in person staff collaboration. Will be required to work from office based on company's decision to open the office (Tentatively around Q4'23/Q1'24).

**Key job accountabilities**:

- Generating sales quotations as directed by Sales VP.
- Using Canva or other creative tools to design and develop different types of quotations, sales and marketing brochures.
- Generating contracts with customer specific edits as directed by Sales VP.
- Coordinate post sales meetings with team members and new customers as directed by Sales VP.
- Supporting company's digital marketing efforts and managing company social media pages on LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Coming up with daily/weekly schedule for social media content and posts.
- Make relevant connections through company social media accounts and follow up on any potential leads.
- Responsible for supporting generalist administrative tasks as required.
- Graduate. Must have long term association/future plans to stay within Tricity area.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortably communicate with Americans, both on phone and in writing.
- Willing to work in PST shift.
- Prior experience in international sales/sales support will be a big plus.
- Must be tech-savvy and have knowledge of various tools such as Canva, Adobe photoshop, Corel Draw etc.
- Familiarity with portals such as Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho etc. will be good to have.
- Must be passionate about Sales, Business Networking, and Customer Relationship Management
- Outgoing personality with a flair for social media and developing new connections. Good Public Relations skills.
- Go-getter attitude and willing to do various tasks as required.
